Mr. Pat is the bestest ever!!! He has sold us cars for
Mr. Pat is the bestest ever!!! He has sold us cars for years! There was an issue with our vehicle being delivered on time, HOWEVER, Mr Pat and his amazing team went over and above to make sure my Armada was delivered promptly!!! They definitely made up for the delay which was clearly not their fault! Mr. Pat reassured us along the way and kept us posted. The finance lady and the GM was also amazing in making sure we received and was satisfied with our vehicle. We looked at several suvS but Nissan was the best choice for us and always has been. We send everyone we know to Mr Pat! The entire staff at Ray Brandt Nissan (DeIberville) is the best if you’re looking for a car. Also the service team is just as good. They have serviced all of our Nissans for many years. We are fully satisfied and extremely grateful for Mr Pat and the entire team!

The service manager changed the battery and would not charge me for the battery. I really appreciate them caring enough to wash my car when they finish changing my oil.

Dealer sold me a $30k vehicle with undisclosed issues. Engine has failed 3 months later, and they refuse to replace/refund. Dealer also claimed that i refused warranty, when I explicitly asked for a warranty and was told none was available.

I have never felt pressured to buy a service and if I choose to hold off on a service they are understanding. Their mechanics are friendly and are not scared to show you the issues first hand if photos are not enough, or explain why the service is being requested. Never felt like they have done anything to make me question their service or mechanics.

Crappiest service ever. Gave me an email so that i could get my headlights fixed as a recall issue, hence their fault and people never emailed me back after emailing three different times, talking and driving up there 4 different times, and them telling me yes they could do it just to turn around and say they couldn’t get “approved”.
