Very timely service. They checked my battery found it was weak. I bought the battery from them only a few months ago. They replaced it at no charge with no fuss. I had no indication that it was bad. Very please with the service.

A recently built facility. The show area was an excellent design. The restore as cleaner than expected. I did not visit the repair section.. There were not a lot of sales personnel waiting to jump on me when I entered the facility. Matter of fact I selected the individual I dealt with. This is a straight up dealership.

I felt bad for the employees having to work on a holiday, makes it seem Ray Brandt is more interested in making money then keeping happy employees. A lot has changed since you first opened. My vehicle didn’t get washed either which was to be a perk for us purchasing the Nissan from the dealership. That’s disappointing.

Very helpful staff, a technician forgot to plug in the wipers after a recall was performed, upon my return they found and fixed the problem in less than five minutes. These things happen occasionally, some places are not so quick to identify and fix their mistakes.
