They could have found out there was a weak battery in the car before selling it to me but they replaced it. Other than that it was a good experience overall. They have a nice, comfortable facility to relax in while the process takes place.

I was pleased with the updates to the work they were doing on my car and the ACTUAL work that was done, but not how my car was cared for. Upon getting my car back, I noticed grease handprints on the side door, steering wheel, and center console. But the worst part was the black grease stains that COVERED my entire floor mat.
